Jean Moss
Owner of Olde Ipswich Tours

Jean Moss is the visionary behind Olde Ipswich Tours. Her love for travel, knowledge of history and culture, and quest for the finest wine and food is the inspiration behind Olde Ipswich Tours. More than thirty years at the helm, Jean has planned and led hundreds of small group culinary European tours.
Jean has an undergraduate degree in French from Colby College, and a master’s degree in French from Middlebury College, earned at the University of Paris. She is fluent in French & Spanish and has lived in Paris, Normandy and Cuernavaca, Mexico. She earned a certificate from the International Tour Management Institute in San Francisco and began leading tours in 1995.
Ann Shannon

Ann has worked in marketing and public relations at travel-related companies for more than a decade. She studied French in high school and German in college, then backpacked around Europe for months, testing out her language skills. Raised in Massachusetts, Ann earned a Bachelor’s from College of the Holy Cross and a Master’s from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Ann holds Irish citizenship and plans to travel to Ireland in 2025 to celebrate what would have been her father’s 100th birthday.
Eric Nessen

Eric joined Olde Ipswich Tours in November 2024. Born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts, Eric is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, skiing, and adventures with his wife and dog, Mocha. Eric graduated with a Business degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014 and worked in the food industry before joining Olde Ipswich Tours. Eric brings his business knowledge and passion for adventure to Olde Ipswich Tours.
